Senior Project Manager – Engineering Product Development

Unity Partners is exclusively retained by a confidential global technology organization to recruit a Senior Project Manager.

This role is suited for a leader who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys driving engineering-driven product development projects from early concept through production release. You will bring structure, connect teams across disciplines, and ensure delivery within agreed quality, budget, and timeline.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Full ownership of end-to-end project outcomes
• Lead and align cross-functional engineering teams
• Develop project strategy, planning, and budgeting
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve challenges
• Strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners
• Drive consistent and predictable execution through PMO processes

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱

‍
• MSc/PhD in Engineering, or BSc with substantial experience
• Solid technical foundation (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, physics, or similar)
• 2+ years in product development
• 3+ years in project management with measurable delivery success
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High sense of ownership, analytical strength, and proactive problem-solving
• Comfortable operating in uncertainty with a lean/agile mindset
