Unity Partners on behalf of our MedTech Partner

 

We are supporting an innovative MedTech scale-up in their search for a Production Manager. With the transition from prototyping to commercial production, they are looking for a hands-on leader to structure the manufacturing process and guide the team toward compliant and scalable operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for structuring and managing thedaily operations of a cleanroom-based manual assembly process. You’ll work closely with a small, skilled team to prepare the organization for clinical studies, CE submission, and initial commercialization.

·      Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary production team, including operators and technical support

·      Bring structure to the assembly process and ensure production is carried out in accordance with specifications and regulatory standards

·      Oversee daily operations, planning, continuous improvement, and quality assurance on the production floor

·      Collaborate with QA/RA, Validation, Process Engineering, and R&D functions

·      Bea visible, engaged presence on the shop floor—offering hands-on leadership and a pragmatic approach

 

Your Profile

You area pragmatic and experienced production leader who thrives in regulated environments and enjoys working closely with teams to build structure and ensure quality.

·      Proven experience in production management or team leadership

·      Background in medical devices is a must

·      Familiarity with cleanroom processes, ISO 13485, and GLP standards

·      Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, structure, and improve team performance

·      Able to balance operational execution with cross-functional collaboration

·      Hands-on, structured, and quality-oriented
