We are currently seeking an experienced and people-focused Logistics Manager for a MedTech company dedicated to delivering high-end solutions in the field of radiotherapy. As part of the Management Team, you will play a key role inleading and expanding the logistics, warehouse, and sales support functions within the organization.

We’re looking for a professional to step in and take ownership of the logistics domain as it continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:
As Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 9 logistics and warehouse professionals responsible for order processing, inventory management, and customer delivery. Your core tasks include:

·      Daily operational planning and process oversight for logistics, warehouse, and sales support.

·      Managing purchasing, supplier communication, and inventory across international and domestic supply chains.

·      Analyzing sales and logistics data to provide actionable insights to management.

·      Optimizing internal processes and driving automation within logistics and warehouse systems.

·      Acting as a liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and external customers to ensure seamless execution of orders.

·      Managing quotations, pricing, and cost calculations.

·      Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant quality and regulatory requirements.

·      Supporting ERP system management (application-level).

Your Profile:
You bring a wealth of experience and strong leadership skills to the table. Ideally, you have:

·      At least 5 years of experience in a managerial logistics and warehouse role, including customer service/sales support.

·      A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide your team.

·      Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

·      Experience working in a regulated, quality-driven environment.

·      Proficiency in Dutch and English.
